Please notice the sentence of "we do not advise (not you cannot) more serious use than this and will not respondt to performanance issues reported should you not use them in this way.
Well if you check logs or records you will see I and a lot of others have never asked for help in the performance of my OS and anyone that got a open space sim from me (3) was told that they had to read that condition, and that they were reponsible to make sure the performance of there new OS was there own. Now with that said. I do believe everyone is responsible for the performance of there OS. And what they own should be on one server. 4 OS to a server.
I agree with so many, that the way this was rolled out is unexceptable. The increase in Tier is a blanket charge. It needs to be re- evaluated. If SL really does believe that this is a community and we do have a say, Then put together a team of SL users and LL staff and lets work together to come up with a workable plan. But all these blogs and emotions and anger, just isn't good for the SL user or LL.
My suggestion is a team of IT knowlegeable people, Estate Owners that have OS and are using them, And LL staff. There must be a compormise here. This isssue is hugh enough to have a team of both sides to work out. A set time and in world forum, with LL staff that can make a dicission at the meeting, that can be posted and sent to all SL users before this gets anymore crazy is needed immediately.
