What this is all about!!!

People, people, you are all missing the point!!!! Think for a second. LL could care less about the tier. They want all of you off the land.

Your set up fees and initial payment bought them a server. Basically, they got a cold, hard asset for free. Now, if they can get you off they could care less if they get 25% of what they (you) paid for that server! Whatever they get, whether it is selling the server, using it to sell more land, or whatever, it is now pure profit for them.

The best idea I have heard is to lay this before the better business buero and the Federal Trade Commission. The more you look at this, it was INTENDED to be a fraudulant scam from the inception. We will not have to iniate suit, the government will. We DO need to make complaints, and the more the better!!!!

Wake up people, you are looking under the wrong shell in the game!!!!!

It is true that LL has destroyed their product line, the Open Sim, as it now stands. Why would anyone want it at that price in tier? As for this exercise being fraudulent by LL is another issue. I would prefer to give LL the benefit of the doubt and say it was merely grossly incompetent. I would hate to think that a company would practice such open deceit.

Then why are they being silent and not offering compensation to the people who kissed their investment goodbye? Personally, if a tenth of the posts on here were directed at me and my company, I would be rolling over backwards to make amends!

If an Openspace would suitable for me to begin with, I would. I think LL has gone about this in a foolish way but for the product itself it still seems a decent choice to me.

Unfortunately, I both need more prims and prefer not to have another citizen of SL ultimately holding the reigns on my land, no matter how trustworthy they may be. So it's not an option for me personally.
