Tickets to convert 4 openspaces into 1 regular region are taking way to long to complete. I've personally lost thousands of $USD becuase of this over the years, as I wait a mind-boggling 10, 14, even 20 days sometimes for this kind of simple request. Typical answer from LL is that standard time is 7-10 business days to complete. My problems with this are many-fold:

* I don't feel these delays are real. For a technology company, whose product is entirely virtual, something like a sim rename, grid move, or conversion should be nearly instant. If it's not, the technology should be developed to handle it. The fact that it's not, after all this time, makes me question whether they are delaying on purpose or not.

* "Business Days"? What century is this? SL is a global economy, with business activity that is continuous and ongoing, each day of the week, each hour of the day. Concierge support is available now 24/7, so why is this "weekends don't count" policy still in place? It shouldn't be. It's another artificial delay.

* What other major company can you name who has these unbelievably lengthy support delays? I can't think of any. LL should not be an exception. The standard window should be no more than 24-48 hours, ever.

Something is rotten in Denmark here. It's not right; not even close. Maybe we need to start looking at how much money we are losing because of this, and whether LL is profiting on these delays or not. The issue needs to become vocal and forefront until LL fixes it. We deserve much better.

The haughty contempt with which LL holds it's customers, means that you can go suck eggs as far as they are concerned. You will take what they give, or leave. That's the choice from their point of view.

They are not interested in what we say. Only in what we pay.
