Have any of you noticed that the recent item inventory has now vanished when you install the new mandatory RC viewer, and that sort by date no longer works? Fortunately, you can still sort by name and color but with new items that you are not totally familiar with that is stall a major problem. One would hope that this was not something overlooked in testing and is intentional, though from a players point of view, if it is intentional it is still a major problem. All I can say would you please either make this RC optional so we can return to one that worked relatively well or fix this mess you have made soon for overall this and the addition of MONO is a huge step backward in terms of quality and game play and needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

It also opens up everytime something enters the lost and found, and this is very annoying.
it even opens in mouselook, so if you are mving around while in mouselook, it stops you from using the arrow keys. this is SUPER annoying and is not convienient at all. i want to know if there is a way to turn it off

Also, if you are in the middle of typing something, either in a chat-box, or a notecard, or a script, that as soon as that inventory opens, what you are typing gets interrupted, and you are typing in the inventory. In more technical terms, the inventory box is stealing the focus.

To control a little more the inventory window, there's an option in the Preferences >> Popups >> [] Automatically show newly accepted objects in inventory.
Uncheck it. The inventory won't open by itself any more.

Thanks Kaluura...that is a big help! Do you know how I get the streaker back when I'm in edit...the dots that lead from my hand to the object I'm editing? I cannot find an option for them and they have gone in this version. We use it when we are butterfly hunting lol...or it wouldn't be so important  |
