The bug tracker is a nightmare for people to use. I tried once, and vowed never to try again.

There are serious, repeatable bugs with the Release Candidate software. I would be happy to report them here, but I am not going to be put through the hoops of your bug tracker software.

Hmm. Actually, this is a service some of the forum regulars could provide, I suppose. You know, setting up a thread for non-Jira folks to ask about bugs on, duplicate the bug if possible, and import them to Jira if they turn out to be real.

Unfortunately, if a person cannot duplicate the bug, I don't think they're going to want to report it under their own name, so it wouldn't be helpful for intermittent or very setup-dependent bugs.

Do folks think that's a good idea? I'm not wedded to it, but it could be helpful.

The JIRA is filled with items dating back to 2004 that have not been corrected ot is just the junk yard for obsolete aircraft now they do not have the staff to correct even some of the most simple problems.

Case in oint the default hand animations that over write priority 4 pose animattions first reported in 2004 and still only poorly addressed. JIRA=junkyard for the customers

Sorry to hear it, because it's the best bug tracking software I've ever used, by far, and I've been in the business... never you mind how long, long enough that I don't want to think about it.
