Teen SL - Totally Unable To Register

My kids are dying to play Teen SL, and I've tried signing up them up many times using the teen second life link on the website. (I am successfully playing as an adult)

The PayPal payment arrangement gets set up, but we don't get a confirmation email, and when we try to login at either the software or the actual site, the error message we get is that the user name or password is wrong.

We have tried with different computers (thinking it might be an issue with signing up for a teen account on a computer that has already signed up for an adult account), tried different emails, carefully making note each time of the names, the passwords etc. We have searched the web and the knowlege base and tried phoning many times.

We have had one response from support (natria linden), but when we responded, we have not heard anything further.

Everywhere we turn, we see news reports of teens enjoying second life, but we cannot create a single working account. If others are experiencing the same problem this will add to the problem of teens using the grownup grid....and I know that there are...

My sister in the UK is experiencing the same problem. She at least has had an email prompting her to complete her registration but when she clicks the link it just took her to the home page, and when she clicked login, it failed again.

Can you please tell us what we can try - you are missing out on revenue here!

How are you to do that?

Would you be kind enough to point us at the place where instructions for using a mobile phone to verify your account can be found?

I'm trying to register an alt, but my dad refuses to use Paypal, i'm in Israel so Mobile Phone Verification doesn't work, and Credit Card was removed. Blah!.
