When are SL customers inventory database error items going to be restored?

When will these corrupted items be restored or replaced?

If LL took a pole of how much people have lost due to this bug, not to mention items simply poofing from inventory, I believe the amount of real life money lost would be a substantial amount.

LL support and customer service canned reply of we don't know how to fix it and we have no ETA for a fix is simply not good enough when talking about this kind if real life money loss, so I ask .. when will these problems be addressed and when will things be set right?

I personally have lost what equates to a few hundred dollars worth of items. Some disappeared but most are still sitting in my inventory in an unusable state.

I've gotten the big runaround on this one too, and the reporting system they have in place is just silly.

How can our stuff be ours if it gets taken away from us regularly, randomly, and without any amends being made?

Today alone, I've received two complaints by customers who bought some shoes a while ago and are now getting "missing from database" error for one part of the shoe. Of course I replace the missing items, but this is unnecessary hassle for both the customer and me. Please get this fixed.
