I have strip poker tables --- if I allow people to play on those, is it really a crime?

If they're paying (or not paying) to play... only for fun, and the opportunity to see some knockers... and NO prize money is given out to the winner... then it is ok.
If they're paying to play... for fun, the opportunity to see some knockers, AND prize money of any sort is given out for being the winner (linden dollars or real world currency) then yes... it is a crime.

Yeah but you can't really have raffles being legal if they ban everything else that depends on chance or luck to win. If they allow that I would expect to see some "raffle machines" take the place of slot machines. You know, pay $1 to the machine to enter the raffle and it instantly lets you know if you win.

From: Jackson Silverman Yeah but you can't really have raffles being legal if they ban everything else that depends on chance or luck to win. They're not banning everything that depends on chance or luck to win... they're banning everything that depends on chance or luck to win that ALSO pays out a cash prize to the winner. It's not the games so much as it's the money that's involved in playing such games. From: someone If they allow that I would expect to see some "raffle machines" take the place of slot machines. You know, pay $1 to the machine to enter the raffle and it instantly lets you know if you win. That sounds a lot like the "lucky chairs", only I dont know how that'd work with paying... I guess someone could pay a dollar to make it go to another random letter if they didnt want to wait for it to change. IMHO random prize givers are just annoying 99% of the time and the things that I've been lucky enough to recieve have typically been junkyard items or tshirts with business logos.

Like Sploders.....you win a random cash prize....after paying to enter....I can see clubs returning to mass camping areas to encourage folks back.....what fun!
So glad I sold up when I did...just counting the days till the free account kicks in....no more Lindens to worry about !
