Lingering questions concerning age verification

1. The forums are restricted to verified (curently payment info on file and up) residents. What will the policy be after the switch to age verification? Will all the existing ones be grandfathered in or will people find their access revoked if they don't verify?
   
2. I just noticed that there is a "Mature group" flag in the group window, indicating a move away from the current community standards stipulation that groups should confirm to PG. How will the "Adult" flag fit into this?
   
3. What is the liability of an age verified resident providing adult content to a non-age verified (aka possibly a minor) one? There are several ways that could inadvertantly happen (through a notice in a 'mature' group, you don't have to be physically on the land to buy items, or through third-party sites like SLB or SLex)
   
4. What happens to the "emergency" plan where the grid would be restricted to "payment info and up"? If payment info is no longer in use, or relevant will non-age verified residents find themselves cut off *if* it ever comes to that?

None of the above is meant to cause a riot or to inflame but things I'm just wondering about .

It's possibly always been that way (I'm not sure if the "old" unverifieds - who verified by phone but never put payment info - can post or not), but after open sign-ups the forums became verifieds-only.

There was a little glitch at one point that gave a number of unverifieds access to the forums, it was later closed up but they didn't revoke anyone's access. You're probably one of the lucky ones .
