I had what I thought was an urgent problem: I lost over 10000L of clothing and my stores were all out of action because of an inventory problem.
I went looking for Concierge help, and the screen said ....

Yes. You need to say how many times you retried ... this screen COULD simply mean that all operators are currently busy. Totally believable on the day of an unscheduled mandatory viewer update.

My only big complaint regarding 24x7 is, as a "Newbie", there is no means to contact anyone "in charge" when I have questions or do not understand something.
I must be a really impatient sort, because trying to jump from one "info" link to another gets me more lost, confused, and discouraged.
Only being allowed on the "Orientation Island" and the like once does not help much at all.
Where can a member contact a "Moderator" or "Admin"?
I'm an Admin on a different Forum, and I will guarantee that there is someone available there constantly.
This place is large enough that there should be some sort of REAL "Help" available.

There used to be. Sadly SL grew to large to fast and there was too much abuse of the system.
