I couldn't find another forum to post this in -- so apologize in advance... perhaps a moderator could move this to the right place.

I just wanted to comment that this morning (Saturday, Oct. 18) I had a fairly complicated billing issue and contacted Customer Support at Linden Labs. The reps who initially took my call were very nice but could not immediately help me - so put me through right away to the manager on duty. The manager was able to help me solve my issue and was very accomodating and understanding -- willing to take the time to listen to me.

I know LL gets quite a bit of flack... however this was a very positive experience for me and wanted to acknowledge the excellent job the Billing Customer Support Dept. did this morning.
