I have been trying to get my account information to show correctly for nearly a month. I have payment info in my account but it is not reflected in my avatars profile. I've tried to reach Linden Labs by phone and email many times. No one even answers the phone, and in email I only got slow and few responses and absolutely NO RESULTS.

Something must be done about this as it directly effects my work as a DJ in SL.

I don't know if others share this problem, but if others do or do not, the issue remains unresolved. and must be addressed ASAP!!!

May I also add that LL support for other unrelated issues in game such as but not limited to, repeated crashes, monsterous lag and packet loss flat out ROTS! and must be improved upon in a substantial, meaningful and productive way.
