even though LL may be done with a thread, it seems to be a good resource for further discussion among residents. isn't that the purpose of a forum? (wikipedia defines it as user generated)

i know lots of griping goes on, but there are some pretty interesting perspectives to build on, but it's hard to do that when threads are closed

just my 2 cents (i love being in the US, even as a Canadian, cuz there is greater room for discussion).
