One thing that greatly annoyed me when the online/offline status viewing in SL was changed was the fact that I could no longer see when Lindens were online, which Lindens were available and which were not.
Since you've seen fit to remove the live help channel, and I spent TWO AND A HALF HOURS hanging on the phone for someone to answer (needless to say, my 'voice ticket' never did get answered) can we PLEASE have some way to see which Lindens are online, and also a way of getting in touch with them in the event of in-game difficulty?
