Will Linden Labs allow formation of a Land Regulation Committee/Group to set Private Sim guidelines for
1. Proper avenues of selling, renting, and reserving land parcels on the land search
2. Eviction of tenants under protection of estate covenants
3. Enforcing contractual agreements made thru estate covenants
And if so, will Linden Labs endorse the Regulation Committee/Group, obviously will be needed

Ahem, sorry but on a Private Island you want a Regulation other than the TOS.
May I remind you, that I am the owner of the Island, I pay for it and therefor I do want I want with it. If I can afford it, I leave it empty and if I can't i try to be nice to my renter so that they stay. But that is Common Sense and I do not need another Fucking Land Regulation Committee/Group !!
@Jackson, do you own an private SIM ?? Or is it that you got pissed because some one screwed you over ??
