re: So many comments, here is one that is positive.

I want to publicly express my gratitude to Linden Labs for their recent performance in delivering an Island. At 2007-06-19 12:41 I ordered an Island. I had the invoice in email immediately and in the morning of 6/20 my Island was delivered. These are not subjective impressions or opinions but indisputable facts.

I know how easy it is to complain yet people are reluctant to acknowledge when something is done well, far better or sooner then expected or promised.

I do agree the forums tend to be magnate for the negative side. I have on more then one occasion used the forums to share my exasperation and frustration with Linden Labs. Thanks for reminding us that sometimes we need to accentuate the positive. When you get your Island operation, let us know, I would like a chance to visit and checkout what you've done.

Since we are being positive about the Lindens, I would like to add that the last three tickets I have submitted have been handled within a reasonable amount of time and each problem solved to my satisfaction.

It's all about what people notice.

If people like something or things work the way they are supposed to, you barely notice and give thought.

OTOH if something is FUBAR you notice, complain, and tell EVERYONE.

It's amazing I've made it this far without understanding the nuances of human behavior and comprehension. I sure could have used you when I was working on the master's thesis.
