There seems to be a couple of issues that could cuase Residents who have done nothing wrong to lose access to their account. Id like to know what is the plan to protect Residents from this.

One Being the propossed Estate Level Governance Idea:
What plan is in place to protect Residents from this "Multi-Ban" Investigation Idea Chadrick describes?

One of your endorsed "ratings sites" is a multi-Parcel Ban list system, allowing someone to be banned from many parcels very quickly- Thus putting them at risk for an investigation at the whim of an Estate Manager.

Basically Residents should be protected from Undeserved Investigations into their affairs.

The Other an Older Issue - Underage Accusations:
Unverified accounts have of course led to a massive increase in speculation about Account holders being underage.

It is my understanding that an AR about someone claiming they are underage will result in them being suspended until proof of age is provided (I HOPE im wrong on this.)

If that is the case--
What Protections can be put in place to stop someone from being Guilty until Proven Innocent just on the AR of another Resident who may be completely irresponsible or - worse - intentionally cuasing someone trouble.

I agree with the first point and would like to see it addressed.

Banlists should not be allowed or tolerated at all. In the United states of America, we have a thing called "Trial" & "Judgement" this concept means that a person is judged for thier actions. Banlists indiscriminately "judge" people without proper "trial".

If its not acceptable in real life due to human rights, its shouldnt be acceptible in SL due to Avatar right

I have been having a related problem which appeared through this automatic banning.

It seems that if your avatar is shorter than some magic height then you are automatically a "child" regardless of any statements in your profile or even the actual appearance of your avatar!

What disturbs me is that several landowners are simply banning ALL avatars under a certain unspecified height as "children".

At the suggestion of a real life friend, my avatar is 4ft hight, approximately the same height as she is in real life.

She continually faces discrimination based on her height, even though this is actually unlawful in many places (including San Francisco, home of LL!).

When I started this I sympathized with her; now I feel her pain!

The whole court and legal system in RL exists for very good reasons. This kind of situation being just one example.
