Got banned for 3 days, still no explanation

Quick backstory: On Sunday I was demonstrating an ICBM (nuclear missile) platform that I built to other people in a sandbox-type-parcel within a sim that is mostly owned by my group. The missile is tied to a map-targetting system and I allowed other people in my group to use it. When the missile hits, it produces a loud boom and some effects. It doesn't push anyone or have any lingering affects. I received no complaints about it, and everyone around was having fun viewing, launching or riding on the nukes. I even had a Linden stop by who thought it was neat and asked if he could have a copy to set up in Linden World (no, I don't think he was trying to be deceptive).

Monday morning I attempted to log on to my SL account to find that my account was suspended for three days. I received a form letter email which only described it as "disturbing the peace".

I replied to the email that day at the address specified in it and I submitted a trouble ticket at the same time. A day and a half later, I tried calling the billing # and spoke to a rep, who I suppose was helpful for not being in the right department. She told me that she couldn't do anything about it, but apparently I was banned because I said something about "nuking the sim". She recommended I contact live-text-chat support, and walked me through the well hidden process to get there. Live-text-chat said that they were unable to do anything, suggesting I submit a trouble ticket which I had already done.

It's now Friday and I still don't know why my account was suspended. I don't expect an apology (though one would be nice if I was banned due to taking my chat out of context), but I would like a reason. Even if the ban was legitimate, how am I expected to know what NOT to do in the future?

My theory on the ban:
I was talking about the ICBM and my chat got logged. Other people were also launching the nukes, and so it probably showed me as rezzing several scripted objects. I heard that later that evening after I logged off, someone came in and started intentionally crashing the sim and its neighbors with some other scripted physicals. I believe that due to shoddy investigation, I was blamed for the act and summarily suspended.

I could go on and on about all the inadequecies and faults in this system, and how it only results in additional burden on their customer service lines, but this message is long enough for now.

"innocent till proven guilty"... LL should read up about that. They should have approached you (I'm sure they can trigger a Linden when you logon so they can talk to you) and talked about _what_ offended them and give you a chance to defend yourself. From the many discussions in the forums and blog, it's getting clear that LL doesn't care about residents except large multinationals. Power corrupts, LL isn't any different.

I hope you get back on soon and let us know if you hear _anything_ from LL about this.

Im not sure how I or anyone else can help you with this except a liaison. I dont know what is on your earlier rapsheet, nor know what they interpreted. I suggest contacting a liaison via email ontop of the ticket you sent.
Sorry I couldnt help more
