I spent TWO AND A HALF HOURS on their toll free number trying to get through to them. The most amusing thing was the "Please leave a voice ticket. Voice tickets are treated with the same priority that we would use in dealing with you're call."
They're right about that though... I left a voice ticket and haven't had a reply in over three weeks... Definately the same level of service...

YES I have called more than once left messages after being on hold forever! Still no response. I have been denied a check request 2 times now for NO REASON. AND its impossible to speak with anyone. Email after email, call after call, day after day no response and my money just sits when I need it for something in real life. Why should I want to have a business on here or even play when I can't get money that is rightfully mine? And I can't speak with anyone about it.
