LL fails to deliver on timely info promise

When LL announced they were taking transaction history out of in-game, Merchants screamed as we need timely information to help a customer. LL swore that although this info was going on the web, that it would be timely and update within a minute.

Well that didn't last long and why merchants were against this is not crystal clear. In case you haven't checked lately, the one minute update message has now been replace with a 15 minute cache message on the transaction page.

What this means is if a client IMs that a purchase did not go through, we all have to sit with our finger up our butts for 15 minutes, (if we are lucky), to be able to check our transaction history.

This is a lousy situation and LL once again failed to live up to their origonal promise.
This effects everyone that needs to check a transaction record and I am sure its going to lead to many problems.

Oh, and I been waiting now for what seems like 1/2 hour to check the transaction records to verify a vender is working properly. I would not trust the 15 min cache message either.

I think it's borked, my recent transactions aren't showing up.

I had to ask twice yesterday to get the last WEEK's worth of data. First time (or was it the first two?) all I got was the single most recent transaction.

And once again no timely information. Any billing problems with clients can't be resolved. They promised us 1 minute when they removed the in game accounting.
We knew they would never deliver and would screw us up and we were right.

LL, make good on your promises, we need timely information!
How are we suppose to ever believe anything you say if you can't deliver on your promises?
