For the 3 to 4 weeks I ben ask for my age by owners of places. I was at a club last night the event was "Come you are" its was voteing time and the owner seen me there alot by that night dureing the event she ask me for my age. By this point I stop telling people my age after thay keep calling me a kid. I was wearing one of my furry avs thay walks on all four legs.
This here was in my profile.
Dont juge a book by its cuver till you read the inside of the book. Even if a persons avatar is small dont make them into child in the RL.
People are geting strick on the smaller avs now. Is there a way for them to know the person playing the av is not a kid?

Instead of saying "Dont juge a book by its cover.." in your profile, why don't you just say "I'm 18+ in RL and in SL." right at the top your profile.
I know at least one person who's going to lose her mind if one more possibly-a-child avatar gives her a lecture on how their height in SL exactly matches their RL height. All she cares about is that you look like you could be 18+, that you say you're 18+ and that you stick to that story. I guarentee you that owners of these clubs are more tired of asking than you are of being asked. Just make it easy on them and say that you're an adult. edit: and most club owners don't really care about your RL age as long as you behave. If you actually come out and say you're under 18 in RL, they will probably eject/ban/AR you but that stuff is really LL's responsibility. It's the age you look that the owners are supposed to police. _____________________

Well, I don't know what your native language is, but I would recommend using a spell checker and grammar checker even on what you enter into Text Chat. The number of misspelled words and the generally poor grammar in your post here, as well as the poor spelling and grammar in what you say is typed in your profile, does tend to look as if it was typed by a child, and not by a well-educated adult. It is probably that, and not the avatar you wear, that makes people believe you are likely to be under age.
