I guess this is the right place to talk about things we'd like to see added onto SL... if not, then just ignore me.

I don't always have access to a PC with an SL client on board.
But I would like to be able to at least send an IM to my friends.
Can we have an IM link when we click on our Friends name on the Community: Friends Online page?

Following on from this, I tend to use myspace and flickr for SL stuff along with a lot of other people. Well, I was wondering if it is at all possible to have and SL home page every avatar.
Something like - Http//:secondlife.com/avatarname/

I know its branching out into a 2dimentional cyber space a bit, but just a thought.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Boreas :-)

It's not from LL, but www.zonkster.com lets you send IMs from the web. Have to set it up inworld first though.

Check out SLProfiles.com, http://slprofiles.com/, they even give you a mini version for your web tab.

Thank you very much. I'll try using those sites.
I'm looking forward to being able to IM from outside SL.
Thank you again...
Still, I wonder why LL doesn't do this.
