1. Could you please update the Region Down report FORM so it reflects not only requests for down regions but also Region Recovery/Restart requests when Regions need it? and have a prompt staff 24/7 to handle it?

Second Life Business & Education is entering into a new phase, with Real Life companies entering in the SL Marketplace. Real Businesses are now investing consequential amounts of money to conduct business in Second Life. There are close to 1000 people/companies making income money worth living on, on the Second Life platform, who count on Linden Lab to perform and secure their ability to conduct a stable and profitable businesses to the greater benefit of SL as a whole. Second Life would probably not be what it is without them and the proper respect and effective service for their dollars is required. Linden Lab can no longer afford to release un-thoroughly-tested client versions. Or else put a beta mention on the Second Life logo...
