Island Delivery MAJOR problem

Sorry for posting a personal issue but I ordered two new islands SIX WEEKS AGO and cannot get ANYONE to respond from Linden Labs.

I've heard that turn around time for ordering new islands is now FOUR DAYS. What's with my having to wait SIX WEEKS???

Please, somebody who is a Linden, PLEASE RESPOND.

what is your order status saying?

ordered mine 5 weeks ago and was delivered after 5 days (including 2 days weekend)
