Greeting,

I want to share how sad and upset I am from the service I had have from some concierge team and not all. In regards the sims transfer tickets.
As it seems that, some get their tickets done within 48 hours and some are done in from 5 to15 days working days of course mean almost a month.
The reason I was told from Concierge Team (the other pay more tier to LL pay 5000us$ a month and more!!! that why their ticket are done faster) do you think this is fair ?? Or equal? As some concierge, team says we have to be equal with every one?
I am a new investor in SL and this doesn’t encourage me to invest more at all now i own 10 SIMS and i was willing to spend more money in this game. Normally we should get more support and encouragement to invest in the game rather than telling (Sorry we cannot we have to wait other are done faster because they spend more than 5000US$ per month as Tier) meanwhile others their ticket is done in 48 hours because they pay LL 5000$US and more.
It made me feel like in RL who have more money control, have more power, and get more respect, some member of Concierge team seems upset when you do ask them many times about the ticket you that you did.
I want to say even though a big thank you to TJ Linden who showed me a great help and understanding.

I will end up with this words may be LL would like to review the steps of SIMS transfer tickets
