Today i wantet to buy some L$ but i got message that i cant be verified , so go to my accoutn page and reenter my Credit Card data, but since then the status is always Update pending i tried it aroudn 20 times but i townt work so i looked inworld for a linden to help me .

i found but she cant help me and said i should send a ticket, so i did this, but i forget as non premium user Ticket System is really limitet, so the Ticket System ahs not the Problem i had in the selection.

I tried it again in game found another linden and asked if someone from Billing could conatct me inworld, answer was fast (per formattet text) that no support questions are answered inworld and i should send a ticket, nothing more nothing less.

And before this happend i really thought about upgrading to premium again, but now i think it wouldnt be a good idea cause, for what?

Mostly non Support, non real answers ingame (only premformattet text) also no answers if the LL System had the error.

Its really funny sometimes to see that a company or better some people call himself a company but dont do good support or such things.

In my entire Sl time i only received 3 times good support and that only from 2 supporters all other persons i ask ingame dont answer, go offline after i ask them something or onyl tell me i should look in the FAQ
