Have The Lindens Stopped Talking To Us?

I don't know if it's just the summer holidays but in the last couple of weeks the main forum page as become very quiet. Posts are locked, very little new blog posts coming from the Lindens.

I know they want discussions now to be held off the Main Forum pages such as the VAT discussion but that "discussion" was very one sided and with no further information being provided than that which we already knew.

I can understand them wanting to hide negative feedback but this seems a little too excessive...to me it's a case of "Out of sight, Out of Mind".

I'm afraid this recent trend from the Lindens regarding feedback from its users will just lead to apathy towards them.

Hope I'm wrong and they just do happen to be on vacation.
