A very simple question, I have loaded First View and tried to log in using my SL Name and password. This was not recognised. Do i have to open a new account?

First Look will work with any main grid account, no need to make a new one, it connects too and uses the same assets as the stable viewer.
Check your caps lock status, and password for accuracy ?
