Texture iwth small Repeats not rez fully

This is another thing that claims to be fixed but am still not seeing it as fixed. the Repeats on this one object are 0.05 and 0.03 when looking at the object I can clearly see the objects texture has not fully rezzed. Even after focusing on the object it still will not rez. Only after I have my AV stand close to it zoom in as close as possible will the texture finally rez fully.
