VWR-3690

Profile Status for Age Verfication incorrect.

Like many Concierge Clients I verified many moons ago but my profile says I'm not verified. I suspect that this is true for all the Concierge clients who verified early but don't know for sure.

If you verified and your status is incorrect, vote for above.

Caveat: I'm new at this Jira thing so hopefully did it right!

It's also still incorrect for all those who entered the data in the new Beta. I have multiple accounts that said they verified with no problems, but none of them show as verified yet in-world. As far as I am aware, no one's verification status had been set correctly in-world yet!

Dnali: this bug has been marked by someone as a duplicate of VWR-3665, which reading the descriptions appears to be correct (that was reported by Ceera, another forumite, btw!). You may want to go vote for that one.

And please vote on it, too! ;) I can't be the only one who wants this solved, right?

God I wish I could figure out how to use the Jira. I checked to see if there was one open and from what I could see, there wasn't. Mine is closed now and I entered a comment and voted on Ceera's.

Dnali once again opens the Jira wiki and with a sigh of fatique, reads it again wondering..is she the only one so stupid she doesn't get it?

It's not just you. It's hard to search for things in JIRA - the worst part about adding an issue is trying to do the right thing and looking to see if somebody already added stuff.

If you at least make an effort to verify that you're adding something new, most people won't get too upset if you miss an existing one..

:)

What did you search for? I just searched for recent issues with "age" in them and both yours and Ceera's came up then.

Hmm, I didn't do a key word search. I will from now on. I did went from the open tasks under the Version type 1.18.6 and there wasn't one that I could see.

But now that I now to use a key word search, I will from now on.

What you folks are describing sounds like a UI bug, but is it really related to Age Verification? The FAQ says it's not supposed to show up on your profile anyway:

"Will the fact that I am "age verified" or "non age verified" be published or made available to other Residents?

Other Residents will not be able to view your age verification status -- for example, within your profile. However, if you are on a parcel that requires age verification, other Residents on that parcel (or having access to your location information) may be able to deduce that fact."

I just used the general little search window at the top, I didn't even go to the more detailed one...normally, it will inundate you with stuff if you search for something popular, but "age" worked fine; I also sorted the results by clicking on the "date created" column top.
