I set the cache to 8000Mb and monitored the Cache directory as I viewed a "gallery" area.
At first the cache\textures directory only went up to 12Mb and then went down to 10Mb.
I then logged out and deleted the entire Cache directory and retried the test.
The texture directory slowly grew over time to over 22Mb
It seems that it has three different cache's.
1. The main "data.db2.x.28561" cache file holds the objects and other items along with partial downloads of textures.
2. Textures are stored in either "texture.cache" or in the directory structure based on the texture size.
3. Larger textures are stored in the directory structure.
It appears that objects are cached, but are re-downloaded each time you visit an area before displaying it. I wish there was a way to enable "ghosting" where you could have it display first and then "check and correct".
It also appears that the texture must completely download at full resolution to be moved from the "data.db2.." cache to the texture cache.

Question 1.
Will todays update mean that we have to update the "Feature Viewer" ?
Question 2.
Should we delete the cache directory on each update ?
