I'll have the IM window open, right click an object and select edit, and the edit window opens up behind the IM window.
I had the group info window open, opened the search dialog and searched for people. As I moved the cursor around over top of the search dialog, the tooltips for the group dialog below appeared.
I'm seeing a number of similar problems. Anyone else?

I haven't even thought about it, or perhaps noticed it before, but I just tried: I had an IM window with someone open, so I tried right clicking an object, and Edit. The edit window showed up below it.
I see what you mean about the group window and search. O.o I mouse over where "Notices" would be in the group info window, yet Search is on top, and I see the tooltip for the group info "Notices" tab! |

Sigh, open the search dialog, click the minimap button, if the minimap overlaps the search dialog the part that overlaps is behind the search dialog.
