Maybe this could help with the openspace problem. What if everyone in LL just switched to tiny avatars? Scale down all the builds, and a full sim would feel like 4 openspaces with 3750 prims each, and they'd all be on the same processor for easy sim management. And the price stays at $75/month each, at least until LL announces the next soul-crushing disaster.
And they're just so darned cute.

Lol Nice try. Would probly end up 40 Tinies on a region with 30 objects and scripted attachments Per avatar. Over use wont stop there.

Hmmmm.. there maybe some other advantages

I accidently touched an intan dance ball for tinies and became one. It was hillarious only prob was my boobs was bigger than my head. Come to think of it my husband's penis larger too.
Hmmm.... come to think of it may not be a bad idea for both of us.

When Raglan Shire held a party back in the day I considered tinyhood, the place was completely and utterly blocked, stuffed with avatars. Impossible to enter. And the "flying to it" from nearby didn't work either as the lag was horrendous and spread everywhere. I suspect that the source of all lag can actually be found there.

This is kind of ironic since Extrovirtual is moving from an OS sim to a full sim within the next month. Yes, I'm an OS sim abuser, at least by LL's new standards. But I didn't know I was, if it helps any. <

I vote that you can abuse whatever you want, Wynx, as long as you keep creating!

Actually, that's a very good idea. Don't use tiny avatars, but make a custom client that multiplies all vectors and sizes by 4. Suddenly everything is 4 times as big. Ok, your avatar also moves really really fast... but for artworks, it could be ok!

What a wonderful world it would be! /me barks playfully and chases all the tiny avatars around in circles until we all collapse in a big happy cuddly furpile!
