M&S Adboard Question

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but I have a question.

I just rented out a few M&S adboards and can't seem to get my texture to load. I named it just as the notecard states and its 256x256. I press control and drag the texture and notecard to the board then click ready, but nothing happens. It just says "this space has been rented" and says I'm online. I'm still pretty new to SL ;)

Anyone have any suggestions?

File was not set to mod. Woops :) Just thought I would mention if anyone has a similar issue and searches for it.
