HELP!

When I try to log on, it initializes, lets me enter my password etc. But when it gets to connect to region, it gives me a message from windows telling me it can't connect me. If I try to log in again, I get a crash report every time. I've even tried uninstalling sl and re-loading, but it's still the same!

I'm on my laptop, and have phoned home to see it the issue is the same there! It's not, and can be logged on.

So, is there anything I can do on my laptiop to get back onto sl please?

I'm getting withdrawal

If you can help me, I'd be SOOOOO grateful

Thanks

Rick

Unplug your router.

I get the same message. So far, twice this year, including today. Both times, i just unplugged my router and after a few minutes i could log into the sim i was trying to get to.

Where are you connecting through with your laptop if you are not at home?

Also check for firewalls and/or anti-virus stuff running on your laptop.
