last night I went to Coconut Ice and bought a cute jeans and top set for 249L but it never showed up in inventory.
I tried to IM the seller 'equinox pinion', but they didn't accept IM's in the profile.
THen I tried to IM the designer 'dennis lagan' with exactly the same results.
Do I have ANY other options or shall I chalk it up to beginners bad luck?

Profiles were not working last night, they are now, try to IM the seller again now.

Send them notecards? That's usually the best option anyway. Make sure you include the transaction information from your Transaction History page. Oh, and it sounds basic, but don't forget to include your full SL name somewhere on the card as well.

u were right - the profiles were messed up - silly me I thought the bad people had done it on purpose, but NO they every nicely sent me a new set of clothes this morning, thanks all!
