HOW the HELL do you get Help in this game!!!

Someone is sending objects all over my land. How in the world do you get help in this game anymore????? The person sending and creator is Yaleon Aeon and when you do a search for this person the come up NOT FOUND. THEN when I look at there profile they show MY GROUP name, in this jerks Group!!! What am I suppose to do?????

Can you go to About Land/Objects? You should be able to return all the objects owned by this person, and I would AR the objects as well. If you click on the object, hopefully its owner will show up in the AR report.

does the "owner" of the prim say the same thing as the creator?

The best thing to do is take care of it yourself, which is what the 2 previous posters are trying to help you with.

If you are a Premium or (squints at membership date) Lifetime member, you can file a support ticket or even try for an actual person via phone. Both can be done via the Support area of this website.

If you are a Concierge level person, well, the Concierge team has been known to help with griefers.

Is this a self replicating object?

You said s/he has your group listed in their profile. Check your group membership and settings.

What sim are you in, and what are the coordinates to your parcel? One (or more) of us can probably come check it out and advise you.

AR the object and put a Linden in the who part...since you can't get the creator.

I filed an abuse report 30mins ago, and the owner and creator is the same.

Sacrifice a chicken to the Linden gods.

Turning object entry off will prevent any (more) of it from spilling onto your land until a Linden comes to take care of it .

(If the name isn't showing up in search anymore then they already had a run in with the abuse team, but that doesn't automatically remove all their rezzed objects)

If you meant that the prims seem to be set to your group, that's actually a bug for prims that aren't set to any group and you can safely ignore it. They're not actually set to your group, the viewer is just picking up the group name of the last prim you edited that was set to a group instead of showing the "none)" it's supposed to.

k turn off build on your land

and "return" all of this guys objects.

omg i remember when i used an installer to put up a house that didn't tell me the house was 3 times the size of my land (total newbie move at the time) and it left pieces of junk all over people's land. it was so embarrassing and i felt so stupid. lol

Have you looked at the Support page since they changed it earlier today? They simplified it a lot.

They are happy nowadays with chickens? In the old days a Necko would have been minimum to get support, preferbly crucified in a Gorean SIM - in puplic of course.
