Another Gorean Question *ducks*

The other day I found myself in a Danish sim that had a cool men's clothing store. And it occurred to me: are there any designers out there with lines of men's clothing that might work in a Gorean setting but who don't show up in English searches?

And no, I don't mean gladiator wear, which is too close to the gay dungeonmaster look. I'm so far beyond that now. *snickers*

BTW, an update on my earlier thread about a Gorean residence. I've hired an architect to do the entire 1/4 sim... custom house, tarn roost, forest, Gorean roundship in a small cove, smugglers cave, underground tunnel between the cave and the house, with a trap-door entrance. Sort of Sherwood Forest meets Pirates of the Caribbean, just to set the purists' teeth on edge. And a dance floor up high for OOC parties, but I'll build that myself.

best bet is to go to the gorean sims that have shopping areas and look there without a more specific idea of what type of clothing you are looking for im not sure where to send you

You might be stuck touring some Historical setting non-english language sims.


Which migh be fun in and of itself though.

Try DE Designs for starters. They've got a lot of fantasy-type clothing that works fairly well for Gor. After that, take a trip to Sardar Faire. The Faire is a bit like the "best of" for a Gorean mall setting.

Historic Scandinavian (vikings!) stuff would be perfect for Torvaldsland.
