Letter opened to the getlteman of the Linden Your action of participation on the banks absolutely is mistaken and inopportune. The damages have been made and you have allowed this. You have allowed the escape of some persons with our moneies hiding to you behind the fact that you do not take part in the relationships between the customers. Hour at a distance of months from the Ginko failure you notice that the banking system is failed. This after that who had to go it has made it in all comfort while to operate it is remained who has lead a serious job. http://www.flickr.com/photos/knowprose/1409876150/Like fairies hour to expect that people who have invested moneies in order to elaborate a virtual banking system you carry you a governmental concession or a letter of a true bank, studied instead other shapes of guarantee. I hope you will see again your Policy. Excused for English but I am writing with a translator…. It would be opportune that policy therefore the important came translate also in the other languages (task you do not lack the moneies for one translation)

Dunno, maybe someone else can enlighten you on this one perhaps to the Lindens themselves? Either way, not sure how successful you will be!

From: Enry Chevalier I ask excuse but where I must write? enry, it is a good question, but strangely hard to answer. Putting your letter here in the forums does no harm, but it is unlikely that a Linden will read it. The support website is focused on solving problems you have with SL's software, or with your account status. I just searched for a general "customer service" contact, email or anything, and I could not find one! Linden Lab actually provides no good method for giving negative feedback on their policies, other than attending their office hours inworld. Which may be difficult, unless you use a translator like the Babbler. If you were in the U.S., you could easily send an actual letter to Customer Service at Linden Labs. From email, the only general email address I was able to find was contact@lindenlab.com . Which is really TOO general. But you could send it there, and specify TO: CUSTOMER SERVICE at the top, I suppose. Maybe it would get to someone relevant. Sorry can't be more help.

It doesn't matter where it's posted as they won't acknowledge it anyway. Not here, not at any Linden, not by phone, fax or mail.
It's just the way it is in SL.
