So! I've just logged in for the first time today...to find this problem:
My inventory is spamming me with the following:
[5:35] Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database. [5:36] Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database. [5:36] Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database. [5:36] Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database. [5:36] Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database. [5:36] Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database. [5:36] Cannot complete attachment. An attachment is pending for that spot. [5:37] Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database.
(Please note...this is just a small sample...It doesnt seem to stop!!!)
Anyone know what this means? I've not tried searching for anything yet. It literally happened as soon as I logged in.
Also, this is not the first time it's happened...It's happened on and off since Sunday. A relog can stop it, it seems...but it keeps coming back. Oh, and on Sunday, when it first started, it was a while before I was able to relog, as I was doing some RP. So that sort of thing basically when on for over two hours before I got the chance to try relogging.

Try this. Open up your inventory and in the search box at the top type in the word "worn". This will show you every prim and piece of clothing that your avatar is wearing. Remove or detach all these items and see if that makes it stop. Then you can put back on one item at a time and if it starts happening again you will know which item is causing it. It probably would not hurt to clear your cache and relog also.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I'm not sure it is anything worn...as it doesn't happen everytime I log on. Also, all my attachments were ones I've been wearing since before this started.
And this started happening right after I'd cleared cache. Now I've done that again a couple of times since Sunday, but it's still happening....unless i need to go and manually clear cache?

I got this over the weekend. Did a support ticket, followed all the steps. They say they can't get it back - the item's gone.

The asset servers have been acting weird for me too lately, and it's totally possible to lose items in SL for good, with no other warning than SL acting oddly in general (extreme lag, failed and slow rezzes). The old advice is, don't try to rez anything (wear or on the ground) when something strange is obviously going on.
Edit: Don't panic however, it also just could be taking time to recover your items and they might not be gone for good. Clear your cache manually and wait.

From: Bagushii Kohime The old advice is, don't try to rez anything (wear or on the ground) when something strange is obviously going on. In my case, it was one piece of a new pair o' boots. Wearing them one night, relogged the next day and they were borked. I thought LL was talking about a year ago how they'd eliminated almost all causes of inventory loss - I know this was a huge project there for a while. IIRC, it was down to just trying to rez a coalesced object where some objects ended up on no-rez land. I guess new holes have opened...

The thing is...I don't know what, if anything is missing...
So far, everything I've rezzed is still there...
And of course..I can't know without rezzing stuff, whether I have it or not...so i'm a tad bit screwed there! lol
I'll file a ticket, i guess...
Thanks all...and I'll post back, if I manage to get it sorted.

Maybe pick up the things you rezzed? Is your inventory trying to 'find' them?
And detach everything from your avatar, and put new things on.
