You can open a support ticket. If you are a Premium account they might be able to manage some kind of recovery, but I think the chances are small. If you are Basic, I think you have less of a chance of recovery.

have you checked your lost and found folder?
if many objects are returned at once the y will appear in your inv as one coaleced object.

You know about return coalescing though?

When items get returned, they'll get grouped together (the icon in your Lost and Found will look like a stack of prims vs the regular prim icon). You need to rez it in order to extract individual things (everything will rez arranged in the same way you had it out).

---

Otherwise, try a clear cache login over the next few days, sometimes items seem to take a detour to your Lost & Found folder.

It's - unfortunately - not uncommon for everything/parts to not make it back to you though. The only thing you can really do is prevent it from happening and not rely on return to get things back to you.

Kitty is right on the money. I had a bunch of items go zipping off into the neighboring sim one night. They showed up the next day in my Lost and Found folder, which I didn't even notice. I hadn't seen the combined prim icon before that.

And sometimes an object just goes and finds a new home. I know someone who had a yellow sports car pop up in his inventory. He never bought or won it, the car just appeared. He did check his transaction history to make sure and there wasn't a listing for it any where.
