Hello, it all started when I was unable to buy Lindens, said "unable to buy Lindens, an error occured" or something quite like that. Nothing to state what the error was. Someone suggested iI re enter my payment method, so I did that. Still unable to buy Lindens. Next, I decided to ask for help, and tried to submit a support ticket. When logging in to do that, I came to a dead end, a sreen that said Invaid Sl account. That happened several times. I have been on sl for 8 months and this never happened before. Any advice would be appreciated, I cannot even get into the support area and yes I checked my spelling. If anyone has any ideas they would be appreciated,my rent is due. Thanks!

What payment method are you using? If it's a credit/debit card, you might check with your bank to make sure they're not blocking the charge. If PayPal, have you tried deleting your billing agreement and establishing a new one? To do this, log into the PayPal site and go to Profile>Pay List, then click the 'Linden Research' link. You'll see the 'Cancel' link on the Status line. Click it and then make sure there aren't any other agreements for LL to cancel before returning to the Second Life site to re-enter your billing information.

Otherwise, keep trying the Support ticket...sometimes that system is a little glitchy. :(

Edit: Blog post...

After access to Second Life is restored this morning, both the Support Portal login and the auction facility will remain offline while our engineers resolve some additional configuration issues.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.
