Hi. In real world we can go like Paris and make photos and then sell them as art. What about second life? can i go somewhere and make artistic photos and then sell them? Pictures doesnt include people, only fragments of some building or something like that.

Of course.
Heck, people download photos from the web and sell them and still do not run afoul of copyright in SL.

Also remember any pic you sell in SL (including RL naughty pics) even if set as no copy no transfer can be copied and transferred and used OL in any way without your knowledge. Dont be fooled by the "Its only in SL cane be taken out of there" mentality that seems to be about in the RL pic groups
