So after we recovered from the early Xmas gift that LL dumped on our doorstep, we all chipped in and got us a fourth OS sim. Submitted a ticket to converge those four sims into one full sim and are, subsequently, between lands ever since.
The ticket was submitted on Sunday, November 9, and still no new sim in sight. Could it be that the good people at LL are nowadays real busy with stuff like this, or does it always take that long?

You may want to check the land store, they post delays on it. If they are capping the OS, as I imagine they are, it may take a while. I am also not too sure if that is a ticket issue, tockets are usually for maintance. I would just call them, you shoulc have concierge rights if you own 4 sims.

It took just over 10 days for them to process my openspace conversion ticket. Submitted around noon on the fifth, processed around midnight on the 15th, so about 10.5 days.
I used live chat about every other day, gave them the ticket number, and asked for an ETA. They never gave one, but some Lindens are more forthcoming than others, so you can hopefully get an idea of when to expect it.

Conversion took quite awhile, but they are getting to them!  I had 2 OS, and needed to purchase 2 more in order to convert to a full sim. My tickets to buy the 2 OS were submitted on Nov 6th and Nov 7th. When I had both of those tickets, I just went ahead and submitted a conversion ticket referencing them, even though they were not yet in my estate. So my conversion ticket was created on Nov 7th, and apparently was done sometime this morning. Yay! So yours is probably almost there. I was getting quite frustrated waiting, but when I woke up, my OS had been bumped to 15,000 glorious prims!!<3 |

Thanks, y' all. I'll tell the other people involved in this joint venture and will just keep on exercising the noble art of patience a while longer.
