Well..
3700 prims.......No idea what the set up cost is (you have to already be a region/estate owner) I'm pretty sure the tier is going from 95usd to 125usd. But, gotta check my figures on that. I rent a homestead....it's perfect for what I'm doing.....plenty of prims. And as long as it isn't used for mega commercial stuff......they run beautifully. _____________________

Indeed tier goes from US$ 95 to US$ 125 per month per July 1st, at least those were the last plans. Setup costs are, if I remember correctly, US$ 400, but you need to have a full region in order to be able to buy one.
As for the rental prices, that will depend per landlord. I know I pay 8000 per week for my HS at this moment, and will pay 10.500 after July 1st. Probably there are cheaper landlords around, but I chose for a stable one, and the difference between their tier and my rent must make sure there is a healthy profit. Going with the cheapest is going with the biggest risk as well ![]() _____________________

Thank you for your quick replies, I'm seriously thinking about renting something along that line, I currently have a small parcel 4096m on private estate, which recently changed hands. The new owner is doing well renting out the parcels but now it's not as quiet as it use to be, all the activity, people coming and going is making me want to move to get more privacy. thanks again...

They have 3750prims. (not 3700 as mentioned above)
Setup price is 375us$ (not 400 as mentioned above) and you need indeed a fullprim sim before you can order them. Tier goes from 95 to 125us$ on july the 1st See the table at the bottom of this page for the differences between the sim types: https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417&task=knowledge&questionID=5650 _____________________
