Time between updates on Test Grid?

Hey everyone, I have been messing around with clothing design, but right now I am working on some women's clothing and it is easier *and cheaper* to upload tests on the test grid. So, I created an alt on 12/14 with the intention of eventually using her on the test grid for tests. Right now, I am just using a library shape on Casper on the test grid, but am wondering when they send information over there. Any help would be much appreciated :D

Based upon past comments, I'm not sure there is a set schedule for it.

It is usually in the range of months between updates. A database update there is an expensive man-hour proposition and takes a full day. If buy land is enabled(which is very rare) then it stretches to 2-3 days.

Patience sucks but it really is the only option in this case.

its been my experience that the updates occur roughly every 3 months.
any particular reason you dont just use 'casper' on the beta grid?

If the problem is that you are running short of money for uploads on the beta grid, log an alt in there and have it give you its money.

I just got a notice that the Beta/Preview grid will be updating it's user and inventory database between Feb 13 and Mon Feb 16.
From: Prospero Linden
Late this week / early next week I will be refreshing the aditi database with a new copy of users and inventories from agni. This means that if you have any specific testing things in your aditi inventory that aren't on agni, they will be lost. Backup your scripts with cut-and-paste. You can also rez out a prim with objects you want to keep in the contents of the prim in "Object Backup Land" on the East side of Sandbox Cordova on aditi. (Please do not fill up this parcel!)

Thanks for the additional replies!

@Nina: The reason i am using the alt, is my SL S.O. helped me design a more realistic female avie. and, I am not impressed with the newbie female avies. That way I can use casper for my male stuff... and my other avie for female stuff. So, mostly it was just for looks on what a dolled up avie would use.

@Phil: I forgot I could do that. Doh. lol thanks. I still need to wait until the refreash to do it on.

@ SuezanneC: Thank you! I logged on to the beta/preview grid today, and the message of the day said it would be the 16th. I guess my timing was mostly right hehe.
