im renting homestead and after building for awhile outside the Fire Department there is a large invisible prim. I cant select it in any way. how can i get rid of it without retuning all our hard work?

Those ghost prims mostly only go on a restart of the sim.

a restart will not affect your build. a rollback may though.
a restart is only a reboot of the region. your estate manager can restart your sim for you.

no. it will only reboot.
a rollback is what you are fearing, and in order to get a rollback the estate owner would have to talk to support etc (its not done by accident).
you are safe to restart the region.
