Back in the day, if your land neighbored Linden owned land, you could call on any Linden to come clean up the unused land if there was unsightly crap on it. Do they still do this? If so who is more likely to respond to this request?

More than that, you can make a request to purchase the land, and if you have a reasonable claim they will sell it to you at the price of 1 linden per sq. m.

I have not had them do that for parcels more than 64 square meters unless I had at least three sides of the land, and the land was less than 512 square meters. And it has had to be three full sides, not "two sides and a linden road" or "two sides and half of a third".

I think it depends on who's processing the land. Some will follow the book exactly, others will take a look around and sell it to you (or not) based on stuff like how much land you own in the area and weather it makes sense to give you a deal..
