Green light when in appearance?

Dunno if any of you has noticed this. My SL Partner Danielle brought it to my attention.

When you go into appearance, you get a green light that comes from your Avatar....

This is on the latest RC viewer....

Does the green lighting you see match what appears in this bug report? (Appearance mode does shine light on your avatar, but it's supposed to be white.)

I saw this once too when I was going into appearance at a certain location. I found that a club was just set up nearby with a several local lights. The club was out of my draw distance which was set to 64m but the light was set to have a 20m radius. I found it when I turned on the info display for lights. I'm not sure if this is what happens but I think your appearance light is considered a local light and when you put two local lights together they get twice as bright. Well I can't be sure. Just be sure to turn up your draw distance and take a look around.

I noticed it a couple of weeks ago myself, using the 18.5.3 viewer.

I noticed the green light this morning, on the latest RC. I thought it was location-specific, since I was in a location I had never visited before, so I didn't think much of it. Will take a look again when I am inworld, though. Hard to evaluate hos something looks against your skin when you look vaguely martian...
