This is weird..each time i log out...when i try to log back in a little while later (like 10 mins later) I get the "the system is logging you out, your account will be available in *** amount of minutes"...its usually about 5-10 minute delay...THEN i can log in...

never had this before...unless theres been a sim crash...anyone else getting it?

im still getting this problem....cant login at all now...i wait for SL to load up, type the password..and just get that message "we are logging you out, try in x amount of minutes"..so i wait the amount, try again...no dice

Is it really just me?

it would be interesting to see if you are ghosted. get an alt, or friend, to go to the last place you were when you logged out, to see if your av shows online.

it happens to me occasionally, but i found that if i retry connecting 3-5 times, it'll finally kick over and let me in.

okkk this is driving me nuts now

ive cleared my cache, ive disconnected my modem, restarted my pc several hundred times...and apparently according to my friends i still show as online...but they cant see me (well I show on the map as in an area where there are no sims?) I get IM's they come directly to my email...so im kinda NOT online...as they come through...Im wondering if the rent people pay me is also getting lost

I'll check my transaction history i guess, any ideas folks?
oh and when my partner tries to tp to where im showing on the map, it says there is no such destination.
Is it worth re downloading the whole thing?

and no, put in a support ticket to LL and have them restart the sim area you are stuck in. might be a few days...

No he couldnt fly there- he tried but it told him it was not a valid destination.

Anyway i finally got in and clung on for dear life for a few hours...only when i tried to log in this morning...the SAME problem again

Im assuming i still show as online as ive received emails of messages with people asking why im not reposnding to thier messages when im showing on their friends list

i did get in after reloading the whole of SL again and trying for 30 mins and being told i was being logged off lol

looks like its gonna be a longgg day what with the rolling restarts as well , more laundry chores done i think lol

aw no faithless, I hope you get this sorted soon.

Just so you know, you can reply to your friend's IMs while you are offline - just hit the reply button on the e-mail (i think). You can let them know you are having problems. Not sure whether this gives the e-mail addy out though.

Anyway, I would submit the support ticket and sit tight.
I've never had any problems like this but good luck with it. Hopefully the restart may help you.

I don't know if this truly fixes it or not, but when I have this problem I login with an alt, log the alt out, and then I can login with my normal avi.

I think this has only failed to work once for me.
